Recognized by Globe Asia as one of the “99 Most Powerful Women,” by Tatler Asia as one of the region’s “Most Influential,” and listed in Forbes Indonesia’s Inspiring Women Honor Roll, Shinta has built her legacy on innovation, inclusivity, and purpose-driven growth.
Under her leadership, Bubu.com has evolved from a web development agency into a full-service, data-driven Cultural Intelligence Agency—with ventures like Bubu Gaming, LabX, and StartupIndonesia.co, a platform that connects startups with investors and mentors across Indonesia. Her influence spans the region. She co-founded Silicon Valley Asia Technology Alliance (SVATA) and launched AngelEQ Network, Indonesia’s premier angel investment network. She’s also a founding member of the Asia Gender Network under AVPN, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
In recognition of her regional leadership, Shinta was appointed in 2023 to the Asian Development Bank Advisory Group on Digital Technology Development. In 2025, she was entrusted by United Nations Indonesia to join its Youth Advisory Board in Digitalization, reinforcing her commitment to inclusive, future-forward innovation.
Since late 2024, Shinta also serves as President Director of PT. TODAK Nusantara Group, a joint venture with Malaysia’s TODAK Group in creative content, gaming, fintech, and youth empowerment.
She is also Head of the Permanent Committee for Research and Technology in the Digital Sector at KADIN, contributing to national tech policy for over a decade.
A connector, visionary, and changemaker, Shinta is known for mentoring founders, building inclusive platforms, and quietly shaping Indonesia’s future—one bold move at a time.
