By 2010, Love, Bonito was officially launched, pioneering online fashion retail in Southeast Asia. However, success didn’t come easy—Rachel made the bold decision to drop out of Nanyang Technological University, where she was on a government teaching scholarship, to focus on building her brand.
Her risk paid off. Love, Bonito has since grown into a multi-million-dollar fashion empire with a presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the US, Australia, the UAE, the Philippines, and Greater China.
Today, the brand is celebrated for empowering women through fashion, offering styles that blend confidence, versatility, and cultural relevance. Rachel is an example of a female e-commerce entrepreneur who thought outside of the box.
Beyond fashion, Rachel launched RachReflects, a personal growth initiative that encourages self-leadership, wellness, and community engagement. She also hosts one of the best women in business podcasts, Who We Are.
Her mission extends beyond clothing—she strives to inspire and uplift women globally through meaningful conversations and reflections.
